How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are made to order as they are personalised therefore I currently have a 2 week turn around time.  All Laser Cut projects are generally personalised therefore are custom made. As you can see, there is a fair amount of work involved and we strive to have your order done within 14 days of the order date.

Do you offer free local pick up?

Absolutely we do!  When your order is completed I will send you a message with pick up instructions. Local pick up is situated in Collie, Western Australia. Address will be provided in pick up instructions email.  


Do we ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.  If you are unable to check out with your international address please email us and we can give you a quote at

Please see a table below outlining the rough turn around times which will also include a tracking number so you can watch your order in transit!  However when the parcel has been handed over to the 3rd party courier a tracking number may not be provided. 


The following shipping guidelines from Australia to the rest of the world are based on non-peak seasons as advertised by Australia Post, our national postal service. These timelines apply after your order has been designed and made:

How do I order?

Simply find the product you are after in our “Collections” tab.

In each product description it advises you how to place your order. Simply follow the instructions and if you need assistance please email me. If you require custom orders, enter all details in the "note to seller" section. Alternatively, you can email your order at and we can arrange payment.   

I would love a custom design can you help me with this?

Yes I can! I love a custom request!  If you have a vision in mind I can certainly let you know if I am able to assist. Please send me an email to explaining as much as possible what you are after.  Some things that will help m provide you with a quote are:

I have made a mistake on my order online! Can I change it?

Oops!! These things happen!  

I ask that you triple check your order to ensure your order is correct.  If I see your message in time then yes, I am happy to make the change but cannot take responsibly if I have made the order before seeing the message. So PLEASE be sure to check everything is correct :) 



I use to order labels through you & now they are not on your website?

Yes, in October 2021 I made the decision to remove vinyl decals from my website. Majority of my orders are from laser cut items and I am wanting to continue to grow and concentrate in this line of work. 

If you are a customer who has ordered pantry labels through me please email me and I would be more then happy to continue doing these for you to ensure your flow of decals match. 

How do I apply my labels?

All labels come with a set of application instructions.

Labels are best applied on hard, smooth surfaces such as glass, plastics and tiles. While is possible to apply to wood, it can be trickier as it is a rough surface. 

  1. Ensure your surface has been cleaned thoroughly with soapy water or alcohol and is completely clean, otherwise your labels will not stick. Avoid using cleaning chemicals as this leaves a film.
  2. Rub the transfer tape with your fingers or bank card to ensure it has grabbed the vinyl sticker below it.
  3. Peel this off on a slow 45 degree angle. If it has not stuck to the clear transfer tape, just rub firmly again to pick it up.
  4. Placed transfer tape on your object and rub firmly to ensure it has been stuck. You can choose to leave the transfer tape on overnight to ensure it has been stuck.
  5. Peel of transfer tape on 45 degree angle nice and slowly. If a section does lift, just place it back down and give it another rub.

As mentioned above, it is harder to apply stickers to wood. What we have found works best is to peel some of the label off and place it on the wood. Ensure you have hold of it with your nail and slowly peel. You do need to be patient. But once it has been placed, it will be secure. 

Our metallic Coloured vinyl is a thicker foil therefore does not come of as easy as the standard colours.  You are required to lift each letter with your nail and push it against the clear transfer tape.  This can be a long process and I understand it is frustrating. But once it is on the result looks amazing!

We recommend using the same procedure on the IKEA Trofast Tubs as these have a slight rough surface. 


What is your return policy?

Due to our products being made at custom request, we are unable refund or return your products due to change of mind. 

Please ensure you check your order before submitting. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 10 days to arrange a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement you must supply us with an image of your product for assessment.

If you have purchased a faulty or broken item, again we need to be notified within 10 days with photo proof for assessment of refund or exchange.
